🐾 Not Every Dog Will Love You Easily… But He Still Deserves Love

Kraken isn’t the kind of dog who will run into your arms.
He won’t wag his tail for strangers or ask for cuddles.

But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t deserve love.

Kraken is small, older, and full of character. His name may sound funny — but it fits him perfectly. He’s stubborn, strong-willed, and a little fiery. And behind those eyes… there’s a story we’ll never fully know.

What we do know is this: life hasn’t been kind to him.

A small dog on the streets has to fight every day just to survive. Maybe other dogs attacked him. Maybe people hurt him. Over time, fear became his shield — and that fear turned into aggression.

Then one day, everything almost ended.

Kraken was hit by a car and left on the edge of death. But he didn’t give up. And neither did we.

We found him, treated him, and brought him back.

Today, Kraken lives in our shelter — in his very own little house. 🏡
Yes, a real one. A volunteer gifted it to him, and now it’s his safe space. A place where he can rest, feel protected, and slowly heal.

Kraken may never become the “perfect” dog.
He doesn’t get along with other dogs. He keeps his distance from people.

And because of that… his chances of being adopted are very low.

But we won’t abandon him.

If he stays with us for the rest of his life — we want that life to be safe, warm, and dignified.

That’s why Kraken needs a sponsor.

Someone who may never receive cuddles in return…
but will give him something even more important — stability, care, and a chance to live without fear.
