A Second Chance on Wheels: Druzhok’s New Beginning
We have some truly heartwarming news — Druzhok has received his very own wheelchair! 💛🐾
Druzhok is one of the local stray “enterprise” dogs who has been living near people and relying on their kindness to survive. Recently, something changed — he suddenly became weak, especially in his hind legs, and could barely move. Seeing this, our teammate Katya didn’t hesitate for a second and rushed him to the vet to find out what was wrong and get him the help he urgently needed.
After a full examination, the vets diagnosed him with serious weakness in his back legs, likely caused by spinal issues. For a dog who once walked freely and explored the world every day, this was a heartbreaking situation. But giving up was never an option 💔
Thanks to the care and support of kind people, Druzhok now has a wheelchair — and it has already made a huge difference. 🥹 With it, he can move again, go outside, explore his surroundings, and feel like a happy dog once more. You can see the change in him: brighter eyes, more energy, and a renewed desire to live. Step by step — or rather, wheel by wheel — he’s getting his life back.
Of course, his journey is not over yet. Druzhok still needs ongoing care, attention, and love to continue adapting and improving. But this wheelchair is more than just support — it’s his chance at a new life, full of movement, freedom, and joy.
