DOGS TRAPPED IN UKRAINE WHO NEED A HOME BEFORE THEY CAN BE EVACUATED

Dear friends and supporters,

Due to the recent escalation of the war in Ukraine, we are being forced to evacuate our dogs from the Kyiv area. Over the past four weeks, the situation has become increasingly dangerous, and getting our dogs to safety is now our highest priority.

However, some of our dogs have special circumstances that make evacuation more difficult. Some are traumatized and would not do well in a large, unfamiliar shelter, while others are bonded pairs who cannot be separated. We will not put them through the additional trauma of separating them or moving them into an environment that is not appropriate for them.

These dogs can be evacuated—but first, they need someone to commit to giving them a permanent home.

Once a permanent adopter is secured, we can evacuate the dog or bonded pair from Ukraine to a safe foster home or boarding facility in the EU while the necessary arrangements are made for them to reach their new family.

We are seeking permanent adopters in the EU and UK, as well as committed adopters in the USA who are willing to reserve a dog and wait until they are eligible to travel to the United States.
