Meet Lilu: From an Abandoned Field to a Future Filled with Love

At just two months old, this adorable little girl has already overcome more hardship than most dogs experience in a lifetime. Despite everything she’s been through, Lilu has remained incredibly gentle, affectionate, and full of curiosity about the world around her.

She has a calm and loving personality that wins hearts almost instantly. Lilu is smart, playful, and eager to learn new things. She sleeps peacefully through the night, already knows how to use a puppy pad, and is quickly becoming a confident little companion. Watching her discover the world with innocent excitement is simply heartwarming.

On the 26th, Lilu will receive her second vaccination, bringing her one step closer to exploring parks, going on adventures, and enjoying long walks with the family she’s still dreaming of.

But before there was hope, there was heartbreak.

Lilu was one of six tiny puppies who were cruelly abandoned in a field near Kyiv. They were left completely alone—without their mother, without food, without water, and without anyone to protect them. At only a few weeks old, they had almost no chance of surviving.

Thankfully, compassionate people discovered the puppies before it was too late. Our rescue team immediately brought them to safety, where they finally received warmth, proper food, veterinary care, and the love every puppy deserves.

Since then, Lilu has grown stronger every single day.

Now all that’s missing is the one thing we can’t give her ourselves—a forever family.

Lilu is ready to fill someone’s home with laughter, puppy kisses, happy tail wags, and unconditional love. She doesn’t need a perfect family—just one that will promise never to abandon her again.
