Silver’s life began in a place no animal should ever have to endure.
He was rescued from Bucha, near Kyiv – a city that faced occupation and devastation during the war. When we found him, Silver was overwhelmed with fear. Loud sounds, sudden movements – everything reminded him of the danger he had survived.
But even after everything he went through, Silver didn’t lose the most important thing.
He still trusts people.
He still looks at humans with hope, believing that kindness and protection exist. That quiet faith is what makes Silver truly special.
Today, Silver is no longer the frightened dog we first met. He has transformed into a joyful, affectionate companion who loves life. He is young, full of energy, and always ready for play, walks, and new adventures.
Silver gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys their company. He is friendly, social, and open to connection. While he doesn’t do well with cats, he makes up for it with his love for people and his playful personality.
He would thrive in an active home where he can enjoy long walks, movement, and attention. Silver is the kind of dog who wants to be part of your daily life – your walks, your routines, your moments of joy.
