Silver - A Survivor of War Ready for a Loving Home

Silver - A Survivor of War Ready for a Loving Home

Meet Silver – A Brave Heart Searching for His Forever Family 🐕🐾

Silver’s story began in one of the darkest chapters of recent history.

He was rescued from Bucha, a city near Kyiv that suffered occupation and devastation. When we found him, he was frightened of loud noises and sudden movements. The trauma of war had left its mark on this innocent soul. Explosions, chaos, fear – things no animal should ever experience.

And yet, despite everything he witnessed, Silver did not lose his trust in people.

He still looks to humans for comfort. He still believes in kindness. When someone shows him gentleness, he responds with loyalty and warmth. That quiet resilience makes him truly special.

Today, Silver is a completely different dog from the terrified boy we first met. He is cheerful, affectionate, and full of life. Young and energetic, he loves to move, explore, and play. Walks are his favorite time of day – he needs regular, long walks to stay happy and balanced.

Silver gets along well with other dogs and enjoys companionship. He has limited experience with children, as he has never lived with them before, but because he adores people, he should do well in a family with older, respectful kids. Cats, however, are not his best match.

About Silver

  • Sex – Male

  • Age – Approximately 3-4 years

  • Weight – 20 kg / 45 lbs

  • Size – Medium

Silver would thrive in an active home where he can burn his energy, receive affection, and feel safe. What he needs most is stability – a forever home where loud noises no longer mean danger, and where every day begins with love instead of fear.

Adopting Silver means giving a second chance to a rescue dog who has already survived so much. It means choosing compassion over indifference. It means becoming the safe place he has always searched for.
