💛 Druzhok’s Healing Journey — Help Him Recover with Love 🙏

Sweet Druzhok has only been with us a few days, but already he’s touched every heart in our home. When he arrived, his body was frail and tired — years of neglect had taken their toll. Because he couldn’t move much, he developed painful bedsores from lying too long on one side. Sadly, some of those wounds have become infected, and we’re now treating them carefully with medication, gentle cleaning, and constant care. 💔

Since Druzhok has poor eyesight, we’ve prepared a cozy, peaceful corner for him in the bathroom — a soft bed made from natural blankets that won’t irritate his skin. Despite everything he’s endured, he eats with a healthy appetite and even stands up to pee in a different spot. Sometimes, though, he can’t quite control his bowel movements — but he’s trying his best. 🐶

Our team bathes him gently, keeps him clean and warm, and makes sure he feels safe every moment of the day. He may not understand it yet, but love is slowly replacing his pain with comfort. 🫶
