Help Us Continue Saving Dogs from Ukraine

🎉 We did it — 10,000 followers! Thank you for being part of this journey. To celebrate this milestone, we’re raising funds to give Lordy a chance at a new life in the USA and to complete long-overdue renovations at our shelter.

Lordy is a large, loyal dog who needs a strong and experienced handler. Fortunately, a dedicated man with professional training experience in the U.S. is ready to adopt him. The adopter covers a $950 adoption fee, but due to recent CDC regulation changes for importing dogs into the U.S., Lordy’s transport will cost nearly $4,000.

You might wonder — is it worth it? The answer is yes. Keeping Lordy in our shelter indefinitely would cost just as much over time, while preventing other desperate animals from finding safety. By helping Lordy leave, we’re also saving dogs from Ukraine still waiting for their chance.

At the same time, we’re trying to finish building the fence at our shelter. Progress has been painfully slow due to the war — most men are at the front, have been lost to it, or fear being drafted. But now we have a dedicated worker finishing the job, and all we need is the remaining funds to pay him.

Once the fence is done, our dogs will finally have a safe, enclosed yard where they can run, play, and just be dogs — something they’ve long deserved. 🐾💛
