Rescue Dogs from Ukraine Like Rozina Deserve a Second Chance 🙏

Rozina’s life has been marked by pain, fear, and neglect. This elderly girl endured the cold and hunger on the streets before ending up in a shelter where dogs were barely cared for and rarely touched. For over a decade, she survived without ever knowing kindness or safety.

She’s one of many rescue dogs from Ukraine still waiting to experience real love.

Rozina flinches at even the gentlest human touch. Her fear runs deep, but she’s never shown aggression — only quiet submission. There is such tenderness in her, even if her heart is still hidden behind years of mistrust.

She once had a sister — the only being who brought her comfort. But tragedy struck, and Rozina lost her to a car accident, leaving her completely alone. Her home now is our shelter, where we do everything we can to rebuild her trust and show her what love feels like.

Many of Rozina’s siblings have already found adoptive families. They too were once scared and withdrawn, but today they are loyal, joyful companions. That same future is possible for Rozina — we see it in her eyes.

She may never jump into someone’s arms or wag her tail on command, but she deserves warmth, peace, and someone who sees the beauty in her silent strength.
