Her past was heartbreaking: left by her former owners, she spent her days on a short chain, lying on cold, bare ground. But Gerda’s life began to change the day a kind woman rescued her and brought her to safety. Now, under our care, this beautiful soul is finally getting the love she deserves — but what she truly needs is a forever home. 🏡
Gerda is around 3 years old and weighs 17 kg (37 lbs). She’s an active, affectionate girl who adores hugs, praise, walks, and playtime. Whether she’s running freely or snuggling close for attention, she’s always full of joy and energy. She’s also very smart, walks well on a leash, and loves being around people.
She’s healthy, vaccinated, and sterilized — ready to start her new life. Gerda would do best in a home as the only dog or possibly with a calm male dog. She doesn’t get along well with dominant female dogs and hasn’t had experience with cats. Because of her energy, she’s better suited to homes with older children.
