We Still Have No Power — Animals Are Freezing in Kyiv

We are reaching out once again — our shelter is still without electricity ‼️
After Russian strikes destroyed power plants, we’ve been left in the dark for days during one of the coldest periods of winter.

To keep our animals and team from freezing, we are forced to rely entirely on a generator. Fuel alone costs $86 every single day, an amount that is becoming impossible for us to sustain.

In Kyiv, temperatures have dropped to –15°C (5°F). There is no heat, no light, no hot water — and nightly missile and drone attacks continue. Despite everything, our team shows up every day to care for the animals who depend on us.
