Thanks so much to our volunteer Rick, who is helping us to save many lives around Ukraine! He is now in the middle of a mission, he picked up these 3 dogs near Irpin!

There were 4 dogs, who lived in a home with a man and he was killed by missile and one of the dogs was also killed by missile And the other three dogs were out on the street

Friend of our organization – Denis has been taking care of all of the animals, who were left on the street in his neighborhood. He was taking care of 18 animals and he asked us to take these 3, because they really were used to living with the owner, in a house.

When Rick came to pick up this little grey dog, he saw that he is sick. Rick picked up these 3 dogs and drove them to our peretrymka (kennel) in Zhytomyr. And when this little grey dog Boba got to go inside for the first time since his owner was killed, he already stopped coughing

We are going to bring him to the veterinarian, but we think it has something to do with being outside. So we are so grateful that we could bring this dog inside, Boba was so happy to be inside

Now Rick will be preparing for the last part of the journey. He will be bringing the last dogs, who were rescued from the shelter in Dnipro and who we were keeping at our kennel in Zhytomyr and he will be bringing them to the border of Poland to meet Big Dog Ranch Rescue. And those dogs will be going on to adoption programs
