Support Miss Foxy in the Rockaway Ricky Memorial Fund’s Annual Calendar Competition! ❤️

Miss Foxy was found at a gas station in Uman, Ukraine, in 2019. She had been shot in the back and abandoned, but miraculously, she survived. Although her legs were not completely paralyzed, she walks a bit sideways. Her caretakers tried for over a year to find her a home, but adopting rescue dogs, especially those with disabilities, is not common.

Before the full-scale war in Ukraine began, our organization managed to bring her to the USA. Now, Miss Foxy lives in Pacifica, California, not far from our director, Mandy! ☺️

The Rockaway Ricky Memorial Fund creates calendars every year featuring photos of dogs. The primary goal of the calendar is to raise funds for pet food, supplies, and veterinary care for pets belonging to Pacifica’s senior citizens, homeless population, and families in need. They ask people from the city to send in photos of their dogs, and then the community votes for the dogs to be featured in the calendar.
