This year, the founders of our organization, Mandy and Jenna, were honored with the Jefferson Award for Public Service in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their incredible dedication also caught the attention of CBS Local News! 📺

The CBS team visited Mandy’s home to learn more about our rescue missions in Ukraine. One of the highlights was the touching story of Shumka, a stray dog from Uman who lost a leg after being hit by a car. Thanks to your support, Shumka now has a loving home and a second chance at life.
