Russian Missile Attack on Kyiv: Casualties and Destruction
Today, the Russian army launched another massive attack on Kyiv using drones and missiles, leaving behind devastating consequences. At least 4 people lost their lives, and 3 others were injured. The attack caused significant damage to the city’s infrastructure, with an administrative building, a business center, and a store partially destroyed.
The explosions ignited at least 10 cars near the impact zones, spreading chaos and fear among residents. Near the Lukianivska metro station, a pipeline burst, resulting in extensive damage to the surrounding area. The metro station itself has been closed due to the destruction of its vestibule.
One of the nearby buildings that suffered was a McDonald’s restaurant, where shockwaves shattered windows and damaged the façade. The attack has left residents of Kyiv on edge, as these strikes are becoming increasingly frequent, leaving little time for recovery or a sense of safety.
This incident once again highlights the relentless nature of Russian attacks targeting civilians and essential urban infrastructure, causing irreparable losses and ongoing fear in the capital city.
