🚨 URGENT: Our Rescue Mission Is in Danger
Today, we urgently need your support.
Our courageous team member Katya traveled to Zaporizhzhia to help a shelter that was damaged by bombing. Her mission was to evacuate injured and vulnerable dogs and bring them to safety in Kyiv.
On the way back, tragedy struck.
The roads were covered in ice and barely cleared. Due to the ongoing war, many highways are not properly maintained, making them extremely dangerous. Despite Katya’s experience and careful driving, the van lost traction on the frozen road and slid into a deep ditch.
This was not a mistake. It was the harsh reality of wartime conditions.
Right now, our rescue vehicle is stranded. The dogs are waiting. And time is critical.
We urgently need funds to pull the van out and continue transporting the rescued dogs to safety in Kyiv. Every hour matters when it comes to animals who have already survived bombing, fear, and trauma.
