Mom and Puppies Update: Healing, Growing, and Finally Safe

Update on mom and her little ones 🐾

We have some good news to share. Mom and her puppies are doing well. They’re eating regularly, sleeping peacefully, and finally getting the rest they so desperately needed. Mom is noticeably calmer now and no longer as frightened of people as she was on the first day – a huge and hopeful step forward. 💛

The puppies are growing stronger every day, though it’s still a bit too early to tell who’s a boy and who’s a girl. I also showed mom’s injured paw to a second veterinarian, who confirmed that no further treatment is needed – it’s healing properly, which is a huge relief.

At the moment, they are staying in paid boarding because our shelter has no available space. This means additional daily expenses, and we truly need your support to keep this little family safe, warm, and cared for. 🙏
