Meet Davey: A Rescued Jindo-Hound Mix Seeking a Forever Home
Hi there! I’m Davey, a 2-year-old Jindo-Hound mix from Korea in search of a loving home in the USA! ❤️🏡
Abandoned as a puppy with a broken leg, I was fortunate to be rescued and brought to a wonderful shelter. Today, I walk without any issues and you’d never guess I had an injury. I’ve been living in a shelter in Korea, enjoying time with my furry and human friends, and going on walks. I’m smart, friendly, and that’s why I’ve been chosen to come to America for a forever home!
Although I’m still young and can sometimes get into mischief, I’m easy-going, intelligent, and affectionate. I’m fully toilet-trained and just need a bit more leash practice.
Ideally, I’d thrive with an owner who works from home or is retired. I have lots of energy and would love someone who takes me on adventures. A yard is a must for me, and regular walks are essential to release my puppy energy. Crate training is a breeze for me, and I consider my crate a safe haven.
Due to my experiences, I require an experienced owner who can help me with my quirks (we all have them, right?). I’m a big dog with a puppy-like mentality, so I need guidance in that aspect.
My dream is to find a loving home where I can go on hikes, play with dogs my size, enjoy toys, and cuddle under a cozy blanket. I’m not suitable for small children, cats, hyperactive dogs, or chaotic households. However, I’d be a fantastic companion for a single person or a couple in a calm home, ready to be their fur baby and hiking partner.
If you’re interested in becoming my new friend or family member, please reach out to my rescue. They’re willing to transport me anywhere in the USA for the right family!
