Help Her Survive: An Elderly Dog Rescued From the Streets

She stood alone in the middle of the busy road — a frail, sick, and forgotten soul — and now she urgently needs us to help her survive. 🙏

As our teammate Katya was leaving the shelter, she noticed cars stopped ahead. In her rearview mirror, she saw why: an elderly dog stood frozen in the road, completely unaware of the honking or the danger. She seemed like a ghost — lost, exhausted, and invisible to the world.

No one in the neighborhood had ever seen this poor girl before. She is clearly over 10 years old, unspayed, fragile, and desperately in need of care. We rushed her to the clinic immediately. There, she is now receiving IV fluids to fight severe dehydration and bloody diarrhea. Her eyes reflect deep sadness and suffering. 💔

With no available space in our shelter, we urgently need to rent a Perederzhka (private foster boarding) for her, which will cost $150 per month.

Katya has already covered $230 in veterinary expenses. Tomorrow will mark the third day of her stay at the clinic, including a crucial heart ultrasound.

We cannot do this alone — we need your help to cover her medical costs, ensure her recovery, and secure a safe space for her to heal. This sweet old soul also needs something else — a name, and a chance for peace. ❤️
