Help Bring 5 Lucky Dogs from Ukraine to US: $3,276 Needed

The Lucky 5: Krasava, Lady, Barsik, Blanka and Aika are a group of dogs who were rescued from the streets and war zones of Ukraine. They are now on their way to the United States, where they will finally have their forever homes. However, there are still some expenses that need to be covered before they can make their journey.

At the moment, we need to raise $3,276 to pay for plane tickets, Polish boarding, Polish vet and health certificates to send the dogs from Poland to the US. We are grateful to our American volunteer Rick Armand, who traveled to the shelter in western Ukraine to pick up the dogs and take them to Poland. Once they arrived in Poland, the dogs had to be boarded for 10-14 days, as they needed to be approved by a Polish veterinarian and issued a health certificate before they could leave the country. After that, they will need to be transported to the airport to meet the flight volunteer who will bring them to the US.

We are extremely grateful to everyone who has already donated. Thanks to their generosity, we were able to pay for the necessary documents and begin the US mission. This means that soon these lucky dogs will have their forever homes, and we can continue to rescue more dogs from the streets and war zones of Ukraine.
