Friend from Ohio Returns to Help Animals in Ukraine

Our organization is truly grateful for the unwavering support and dedication of our dear friend and volunteer, Marc Pruitt from Ohio, USA. Marc recently made his third visit to our Zhytomyr peretrymka kennel house in Ukraine, where he was warmly greeted by our cats. We were thrilled to see Marc again and grateful for his continued generosity and commitment to our cause.

During his visit, Marc also made a generous donation to our Zhytomyr and Kyiv houses, which will go a long way in providing much-needed resources for our animals. In addition, he took pictures of our animals to help us with adoption efforts, which we deeply appreciate.

This was not Marc’s first time volunteering with us. In fact, the second time he volunteered with us was during the invasion of Kyiv Oblast, when tensions were high and people were fleeing the city. While everyone else was trying to leave Kyiv, Marc flew to Warsaw and then took the train INTO the city, despite it being surrounded by tanks. He was determined to help us evacuate our animals and ensure their safety during a very difficult time.

Thanks to Marc’s efforts, our dogs Boba and Ruzhek were adopted, and we are forever grateful for his compassion and dedication to our cause. Marc’s selflessness and commitment to our organization are truly inspiring, and we cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us.
