Dear Friends, we urgently need your help

One of our volunteers found a dog near Chernihiv. This dog was left like this because it’s in Chernihiv which was nearly destroyed. People are barely surviving so the animals are doing worse.

This man came to Ukraine when the war began. He helped a lot! And now when he was rebuilding destroyed houses, he found a dog…

It’s a boy, he doesn’t have a name yet. He’s confused and scared

Maybe people ran away and left the dog tied to a chain, or something worse happened. Who knows how long he’s been on the chain, but now the dog has a terrible open wound on his neck from a collar that cut the skin deeply.

The dog lived on the street near the road. We could not leave him there. Our team decided to take the dog to the doctor. But we don’t really have the resources to treat him.

We currently have 63 dogs, 14 puppies and dozens of cats under our care. Every day, the numbers grow because we can’t pass by the dispossessed, hungry, scared animals, wandering the streets.

Recently, some of them had owners, and now they’re wandering the streets, looking at people’s eyes with hope. And some have never known human kindness.

We cannot leave them on the streets, in a country where a brutal war is going on now. Each of you can help. You really can get involved and change the fate of animals for the better. We really need your support to help the animals!

The dog with the neck wound has to go to the doctor today. And possibly to stay overnight. Because we have no place for him now, and for sure he will need treatment. Now it costs really a lot And we urgently need a temporary home for him in Kyiv.
