Barsik, war victim, one step closer to new family in US
Our Barsik, a war victim, at the airport in Warsaw, one step closer to his new family in the US, that he will be united with soon!

Barsik was in a zone of active fighting. He was injured during a Grad rocket attack and delivered to us by a Ukrainian soldier and had to have his left front leg amputated. After all he’s been through, he’s finally gonna meet his new family soon!
With the war and US CDC ban, it is harder than ever to get the dogs to the US. First we had to get Barsik to Poland, because there is no airport in Ukraine now. We had to board him for 10-14 days in Poland, because he needed time to be approved by a Polish veterinarian and issued a health certificate to leave the country. And then we had to transport him to the airport to meet our flight volunteer that will bring him to the US.
Unfortunately, everything costs and seven more dogs, victims of war, are waiting for their journey! Could you please help us make this happen?
