Missile Attacks in Ukraine: Innocent Civilians Suffer
It’s heartbreaking to see how even our furry friends are affected by the ongoing missile attacks in Kyiv. Our dogs have learned to seek refuge in the bathroom during the attacks, and it’s a painful reminder of how much our lives have been disrupted by the aggression of Russian invaders.
Over the past two weeks, there have been numerous attacks on Ukrainian cities, and the civilian population has suffered greatly. On April 28, for instance, about 10 apartment buildings were damaged in Uman due to a missile attack, which claimed the lives of 23 people, including 4 children. In Dnipro, another terrorist shelling killed a child and a woman.
On May 3, the situation only got worse as the Russians targeted two supermarkets, a train station, and residential areas, all with the intent of harming innocent civilians. The strikes resulted in the deaths of 21 people, and 48 others were injured.
The night of May 7-8 marked a new level of aggression, as the Russians launched a massive attack on Ukraine’s territory using drones and missiles. The attack caused extensive damage to buildings in Kyiv and Odesa, and 5 civilians were injured.
It’s crucial that the world sees the truth about what’s happening in Ukraine and the atrocities committed by Russian invaders. The ongoing conflict has had a devastating impact on innocent civilians, and it’s important that the international community takes action to prevent further harm.
