Helping Animals: Join Our Mission to Move Barsik to Safety!

At Helping animals, our mission is to provide a better life for animals in need. One of the dogs in our care is Barsik, a war victim who lost his leg as a result of shelling. Barsik was in a zone of active fighting when he was under a grad rocket attack, which is capable of firing 40 rockets in under 20 seconds, and his leg was damaged by shrapnel. Our militaries took him to Kramatorsk to the vet, where his leg was amputated. Unfortunately, there was no chance to save the leg as there were no parts of the bones.

Now, Barsik is under our care, and we’re doing everything we can to send him to the US to his new family, where he will no longer see the horrors of war, hear shelling and explosions, and most importantly, where he will be safe! However, we need your help to make this a reality.

We have a chance to move Barsik and seven other dogs to the US, to loving homes. But for this to happen, we need to raise about $7,000 to cover all the expenses. Only with your support can we make this journey a reality for these dogs. Your donation will help cover the cost of transportation, medical check-ups, and other expenses required for their journey.
