Do you remember Baks? The homeless dog who lived under a store in Ivano-Frankivsk and was hit by a car and now can’t feel his back legs because of this tragedy…

We are preparing him for adoption in Europe. We do a blood biochemistry, we test him again for all diseases and Heartworm disease (Dirofilaria) and if necessary we will do a heart ultrasound or any other tests to make sure the animal is healthy to be sent abroad

Also, one of the things we always do is teeth cleaning. So yesterday, our teammate Marina brought Baks for teeth cleaning. During the procedure, we found out that his jaw was broken (when he was hit by a car). So the procedure became more complicated and expensive (about $200).
