Rescue team saves Tolik the bunny and Ukraine stray dogs

Say hello to our newest rescue — Tolik the bunny! 🐰❤️ Though we usually rescue street dogs and care for street dog puppies, sometimes life brings unexpected little surprises into our shelter.

Tolik was surrendered by his former owners and had nowhere to go. Despite never having looked after a bunny before, our team welcomed him with open arms. We quickly learned that this sweet 1.5-year-old fluffball is easy to care for and full of charm.

He arrived with his own cozy cage and now lives in the employee room, where he enjoys a peaceful life filled with hay, fresh veggies, and lots of love. Tolik has already won the hearts of everyone at the shelter with his calm and affectionate nature. 🥰

While Tolik settles into his new life, our work continues to focus on Ukraine stray dogs who urgently need help. Every dog on street deserves warmth, safety, and care — just like Tolik received. We believe that whether it’s a bunny or a street dog puppy, every abandoned animal deserves a chance to heal and feel safe.
