Meet Keiko: A Gentle Soul Ready for His Forever Home
Keiko sends his warmest greetings! This gentle, sweet boy has made incredible progress in his recovery. After enduring too much hunger, he still eats as if the food might vanish, and on walks, he eagerly pulls back home where he knows his next meal awaits.
He’s a sensitive soul with a touch of childish charm – he’s afraid of shots and a bit clumsy, often bumping into things and feeling regretful afterward. One of our volunteers shared an adorable moment: “I gave him just one stern look, and he sulked in the corner with his back turned. I ended up kneeling for half an hour, apologizing!” It’s clear Keiko once knew love and still holds on to those memories of warmth and comfort 🥺
