Help Chelsea Recover After Life-Saving Surgery
Help Chelsea Recover After Life-Saving Surgery
Hello, dear supporters! We wanted to share an important update with you about our beloved rescue cat, Chelsea. You may remember her as the last of Pavlo’s rescues to finally find her forever home, and we were all so relieved that she had found such a loving family. Everything seemed to be going smoothly for Chelsea, but sadly, her happiness was short-lived when her new family noticed that something wasn’t right.
Chelsea started showing signs of severe discomfort, and after an emergency trip to the vet, the news was devastating. The vet discovered that Chelsea was suffering from severe gum inflammation, making it extremely painful for her to eat or even drink. Upon closer examination, the diagnosis was grim: Chelsea would need a full dental extraction, which meant that all her teeth had to be removed to relieve her pain and prevent further complications.
As you can imagine, such an extensive surgery came with a very high price tag, one that her new family and we at the rescue simply couldn’t afford alone. The situation was urgent – Chelsea’s gums were so inflamed that her teeth’s roots were exposed, causing her excruciating pain every time she tried to eat. It broke our hearts to see her suffer like this 🥺💔
To make matters worse, during the surgery, the vet also discovered a tumor hidden beneath her tongue. They immediately removed it and sent it for a biopsy, leaving us anxious about what the results might reveal.
Now, on top of our worry for Chelsea’s recovery, we are facing a $420 debt at the veterinary clinic. We urgently need to clear this debt so Chelsea can continue receiving the care she needs.
We are turning to you, our amazing community, once again for support. Chelsea’s surgery was life-saving, but we can’t handle this cost without your help. Please, if you can, consider contributing to help us pay off this medical bill. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in ensuring Chelsea can live pain-free and continue to enjoy her second chance at happiness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity 🙏❤️
