Katya’s chance encounter with these pups occurred while she was traveling to Lviv. A flicker of movement along the roadside caught her attention, leading her to discover a heart-wrenching scene. One of the puppies was trapped in a glass jar, its head firmly wedged inside. The jar was far too heavy for the tiny creature to free itself, and it was clear that the situation was dire.

Without hesitation, Katya intervened. With careful precision, she managed to break the jar and liberate the trapped puppy. The relief that washed over the little one was palpable. Unable to leave them to fend for themselves, Katya brought the puppies under our care.
